My best purchase at Kalembar
Dune was a Grey Fox Fur
Wrap – totally retro and quite
beautiful. It was a purchase I
never would have made if it
weren’t for the fact that I was
totally enchanted with Kalembar
Dune and having the best time
at a welcoming cocktail party.
Well, this fur wrap has become
my go to piece to wear when
wanting to be seen.  Like the
time I was invited as a guest to
the Boston Symphony
Orchestra to sit on the floor
with front row seats!

My favorite purchase was this
really vintage looking framed
print of a red-headed girl that
reminds me of my oldest
daughter ( now 4).  I imagine
that she will look like this
elegant, red head with curls
when she is older ( although
maybe not so elegant).  The
print is hanging in her room. I
also like to imagine that this
woman in the picture was very
bubbly and silly and somewhat
hot-tempered like my little fiery

My first purchase was a ‘West Roxbury’ sign I saw as I was
riding by one day!  As I don’t live in the area any longer, it
took several attempts to get there and be its proud
owner….you were very nice to hold it for me until I could make
that happen!  Since then I have come in many, many times to
sample your fabulously extensive assortment of clip
earrings….I’ve bought many things, from dishes to art work, but
probably my most favorite (besides sign to remind me of my
childhood stomping ground!) is a little plastic Christmas elf, all
decked out in red and green!  It is quite precious, and quite
reasonably priced as are all your wares. Good luck, and many thanks for such a great shopping

my grandmother made it – hot
